DMTA was founded in 1999 by Dennis Mitchel Thompson, a registered Architect with over 22 years of professional experience. DMTA purposely maintains a small firm of diverse and energetic staff members with the goal of providing intense personal service to our clients. We fully utilize Computer Aided Design and Drafting software in all phases of our work and in communicating our work with others.
We are a member of the US Small Business Administration and the Emerging Small Businesses in Oregon. We are on the Portland Archdiocese approved Architect’s list and the Portland Development Commission’s Storefront Improvement Program. The firm is a member, and fully adheres to the guidelines and principles of the American Institute of Architects.
