Modern Media Building

DMTA designed this extreme makeover of an existing building in Portland's Pearl District. The building was constructed in 1923 as The Modern Dairy Building. The renovation included a full seismic upgrade and the addition of a new floor level for offices.

Both the interior and exterior were completely stripped to accommodate new finishes and offices for a multi-media and marketing company. Location: 207 NW Park Avenue, Portland OR Size: 15,000 SF 3-storys + basement.
