Forest Grove Residence

DMTA designed this extensive remodel for a small house in the hills overlooking the Forest Grove valley with views of 7 mountaintops.

The design added 2,000 new square feet, including a new third floor with connecting stair, and a two story glass enclosed Living Room.

All of the existing rooms were renovated including the Kitchen and bathrooms. A new perimeter deck was added with transparent cable railing.
